We store the information on our CRM system and SAGE accounting program. This is backed up on a hard drive internally and using a secure Cloud Based system. The Cloud back up is monitored and administered by our external IT Company, Alliance Solutions, who take care of all anti-virus and other security issues on a daily basis.

Direct marketing campaigns: from time to time we send out newsletter e-shots or other e-shots with information. We use on-line marketing software with the technology to automatically update your preferences and report results.
IGLOOS uses a third party to process the IP addresses of business visitors to the website for lead generation through secure channels.

IGLOOS uses a third party for the security of its incoming and outgoing email exchanges and other IT Functions. This includes the use of anti-virus software, anti-malware software, anti-crypto ransomware software and regular security patching of all IT equipment.

We will always endeavour to comply with all GDPR regulations.
If there has been any data breach resulting in a “risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals” we will notify any relevant parties within 72 hours or sooner of the breach as required by the GDPR.

We understand if an individual operates as a sole trader or a partnership they should opt in and give consent to receive marketing information from us.
We understand an individual (not part of a business) can only be part of our direct marketing if they have opted in and given consent.
For all of the above we will always give any contacts the right to opt out at any time. We will continue to monitor how the law interprets GDPR from the date of implementation on 25th May 2018 to ensure we honour the process.
